Draws

Even if you don't get the huge jackpot win, you could still win $1 million.

Who wouldn't love to win $1 million?

The Lotto Max jackpots start at $10 million but can grow to be up to $70 million.

Once the main jackpot reaches $50 million, the Maxmillions are also offered so that's why there's some extra cash up for grabs for the December 24 draw.

The Christmas Eve draw will happen on Tuesday night and Lotto Max tickets will be sold across the country until 10:30 p.m. ET.

For each of the Maxmillions draws, an additional selection of seven numbers will be drawn between one and 50.

In June 2019, the Lotto Max jackpot reached $65 million and the Maxmillions reached $10 million which broke Canadian records.

You have to be aware of the odds though. Matching all seven numbers in the draw is pretty rare, there's only about a one in 33,294,800 chance per each $5 play of 3 selections.
